We approach Cultural Humility through a Black Queer Afrocentric Perspective and create and navigate brave spaces with the intention of building and supporting organic community connections.

What is Cultural Humility?

Cultural Humility is about accepting our limitations. Those who practice cultural humility work to increase their self awareness of their own biases and perceptions and engage in a life-long self-reflection process about how to put these aside and learn. In short, folks who practice cultural humility spend a lifetime learning how to ‘get over’ themselves in order to authentically meet and connect with others.
